Chef Curtis Stone is embarking on a partnership with Princess Cruises to make his culinary creations available on all 18 ships in the fleet.

Princess Cruises today announced a new and exclusive partnership with professional chef Curtis Stone, food writer for The New York Times and host of hit U.S. television shows such as “America’s Next Great Restaurant” and “Take Home Chef.” This collaboration will offer new culinary experiences across the Princess fleet, designed by Chef Stone, known for his fresh, flavorful, modern, and innovative cuisine, creating memorable experiences for guests traveling the world.
Chef Stone began his culinary career at the age of 18 in his native Australia, later honing his skills in several Michelin-starred in London. He has appeared on numerous top-rated cooking shows, and his first solo restaurant, Maude, opened in the US to rave reviews in 2014. Curtis is also a New York Times writer and has authored six cookbooks. His most recent publication is titled "Good Food, Good Life."
Through this partnership, guests will be invited to enjoy three special offers developed by Chef Stone, available exclusively to Princess passengers. These will include:
- 'Made by Curtis' a chef-designed menu available in the main dining room of every ship in the entire fleet.
- A new concept in specialty restaurants and a menu designed by the chef
- The “Chef’s Table” experience by Curtis Stone.
The “Made by Curtis” Menu will debut on the Golden Princess this fall and will remain available through the end of 2015. The first Chef Stone restaurant at sea will open in December aboard the Emerald Princess, Ruby Princess, Coral Princess , and Sun Princess. The Chef Table experience will be launched fleet-wide in early 2016.
