Thanks to the great success of the current marketing campaign, and because Costa's priority is to satisfy its customers by offering them the perfect vacation, the cruise line is now extending its exclusive 'Satisfaction or Your Money Back' guarantee to bookings made until December 31, 2015, for cruises ending before November 30, 2017, excluding World Cruises and those that explore the waters of Asia and South America. In this way, Costa aims to make this product accessible to all those who have dreamed of a cruise but have never experienced one, allowing them to enjoy the comfort and advantages of this comprehensive vacation package.
Costa's commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring satisfaction goes beyond the onboard experience. Therefore, the cruise line asks its customers to complete a questionnaire to rate their cruise experience and thus enable them to continue improving every day. More than 25,000 passengers responded to these questionnaires between September and December 2014, and their responses show that 90% of Costa customers were satisfied with their experience and would recommend Costa for their holidays.
