The two tall ships “Sea Cloud” and “Sea Cloud II” will celebrate their 100th anniversary together, and to mark the occasion, both cruise ships will embark on a jubilee voyage in the 2016 season, beginning on October 23 in Valletta, the capital of Malta.
The two ships will sail to Palma de Mallorcawith stops in Taormina, Palermo, and Cagliari, Sea Cloud Cruises announced.
Then, in April 2016, the “Sea Cloud” will celebrate its 85th anniversary off the southern coast of Spain, where it will embark on a five-day voyage alongside the “Sea Cloud II.” The younger ship in the fleet will celebrate its 15th anniversary in July 2016 on a new route that will take it to southern Norway and Scotland.
In addition, there will be a culinary journey from the Basque Country to Normandy with several famous chefs and winemakers.
