Celebrity Cruises is reinventing one of its most iconic ships with the extensive refurbishment of the Celebrity Reflection, which will incorporate new ways to experience the Caribbean. As the second Solstice-class ship to undergo the company's modernization program, the ship will debut 13 new spaces, including some of the highlights of the Edge series, such as the spectacular Grand Plaza, popular venues from the refurbished Celebrity Solstice, and two entirely new concepts: Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol.
From bow to stern, the renovation will transform the onboard experience with new outdoor spaces, restaurants and entertainment options designed for passengers to relax, enjoy fine dining and share unforgettable moments.
The Celebrity Reflection will sail year-round in the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, offering three- and four-night itineraries to Key West and the Bahamas, as well as six- and eight-night cruises with stops in Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire, Turks & Caicos, and Grand Cayman. The ship will also host the 2027 President's Cruise, which will take place from May 10-14, 2027.
“At Celebrity Cruises, we are constantly looking for new ways to innovate and elevate the experience we offer our guests, so this fleet modernization program goes far beyond a simple renovation,” said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises. “With Celebrity Reflection, we are transforming the passenger experience with 13 new spaces designed for our guests to relax, discover, and connect in a natural and unforgettable way.”.
Celebrity Pool Club: a new way to enjoy the pool
The revamped Celebrity Pool Club will become the centerpiece of the ship's outer deck, combining contemporary design with a relaxed tropical ambiance.
Two exclusive bars, more lounge areas, comfortable Balinese beds, new shaded areas and a daily program of poolside activities and events will invite guests to spend the whole day by the water.
The area will also incorporate two new gastronomic concepts:
- Orange Peel Bar & Grille, with a menu designed for enjoying in the sun, will include smash, grilled specialties, and iced cocktails. Service will be available both inside the restaurant and directly by the pool.
- Tacos del Sol, an informal outdoor space inspired by Mexican cuisine, where passengers can prepare their own tacos by choosing from different fresh ingredients and accompaniments.
Four new entertainment spaces
The main attraction of the renovation will be the Grand Plaza, a spectacular three-deck space inspired by the Edge series ships that will become the new heart of onboard entertainment.
At its center will be a new Martini Bar, presided over by a huge suspended lamp that will star in a light show, as well as musical performances and live entertainment throughout the day.
From the refurbished Celebrity Solstice, the 125-seat Boulevard Lounge will offer continuous entertainment with piano duels, interactive activities, games, karaoke, and live performances.
Next to this space will be the Boulevard Bar, specializing in signature cocktails to enjoy before or after each show.
Also arriving from Celebrity Solstice is The Parlor, an elegant lounge dedicated to sports and games, equipped with hundreds of classic board games, pool tables and darts, as well as large screens to follow sporting events.
Their offering will be complemented by handcrafted cocktails, Celebrity Cruises' award-winning selection of whiskies, sharing plates, reinterpretations of traditional cuisine classics, and original milkshakes.
Sunset Park: a park with sea views
The renovated Sunset Park will transform the ship's upper deck into a large, park-inspired outdoor space designed for relaxation and socializing.
Guests can participate in meditation sessions, lawn games, outdoor movies, and musical performances while enjoying sweeping ocean views.
The area will also feature new private cabins with shade and personalized service.
The Sunset Park Café will offer bistro-style breakfasts and lunches, while the nearby Sunset Bar will serve signature cocktails throughout the day.
Three new gastronomic proposals
The welcoming Italian restaurant Trattoria Rossa, which opened this year on Celebrity Solstice, will be added to Celebrity Reflection with a menu based on authentic Roman cuisine, featuring traditional meats, fresh pasta made daily, and tableside specialties, accompanied by Italian-inspired cocktails and a carefully curated wine selection.
Also arriving on the ship is the Fine Cut Steakhouse, distinguished by Forbes Travel Guide and one of the most highly regarded restaurants in the Edge series, where 30-day aged meats, fresh seafood, and Celebrity Cruises' signature premium service will be served.
The culinary offering will be completed with Bora, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant on the top deck that debuted in November 2025 aboard the Celebrity Xcel.
During the day it will offer a lively brunch accompanied by customizable cocktails and, at night, a gastronomic experience focused on dishes prepared tableside by the chefs and specialties to share.
Guests staying in The Retreat, Celebrity Reflection's exclusive suite category, will enjoy a renovated The Retreat Sundeck, featuring an oversized jacuzzi, as well as a new The Retreat Lounge.
The renovation will also extend to other areas of the ship such as Café al Bacio, Cellar Masters, the Casino, the Art Gallery, World Class Bar, Martini Bar, Pool Bar, Passport Bar, the Fitness Center and Camp at Sea.
Luminae, an exclusive restaurant for guests of The Retreat, and Blu, reserved for AquaClass passengers, will also remain.
