This integrated concept offers passengers greater flexibility and variety throughout the day, whether they are looking for a complete dining experience, want to have a drink in a relaxed atmosphere, or grab a quick bite between activities.
The venue combines gastronomy, design, music, and live cooking to create a multi-sensory environment that invites customers on a vibrant culinary journey inspired by the flavors, sights, and sounds of Southeast Asia, harnessing the energy of bustling street markets in Indonesia, Singapore, South China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
With aromatic Singapore-style prawns, shiitake mushroom fried rice, and tasty charcoal-grilled specialties, the experience unfolds through immersive décor, striking artwork, a carefully curated soundtrack, and the energy of live cooking; each element is designed to awaken the senses and transport passengers to the heart of Southeast Asia's vibrant food scene.

- Specialty Restaurant – The restaurant offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, from comfortable indoor tables to a casual rooftop terrace. The menu includes a starter, main course, and dessert, encouraging diners to mix, match, and discover bold and comforting flavors through authentic dishes inspired by communal meal traditions. Guests can choose from a curated selection of iconic Asian bottled beers, such as Tsingtao, Chang, and Bintang, along with a menu of delicious bubble teas, freshly made smoothies, and vibrant fruit juices.
- Bar and Lounge – Located within the restaurant, the bar offers a selection of popular signature cocktails inspired by Southeast Asia*, featuring delicate and aromatic flavors. Guests can enjoy jasmine-scented mojitos, rose and strawberry daiquiris, and matcha coladas, all crafted to complement the menu and enhance the dining experience.
- Takeaway offer (included in the price) – designed for passengers looking for convenience, the takeaway food window serves a selection of free snacks throughout the day, with quick and flavorful options that capture the spontaneity of street food in a simple and accessible format, such as crispy seafood balls, fluffy bao buns and many more delights to discover.
