Silversea is taking a significant step in enhancing the onboard experience with major renovations to the Silver Spirit. Following the successful transformation of the Silver Muse late last year, this new project will elevate guest comfort and bring consistency to Silversea's Muse-class ships, incorporating the SALT (Sea And Land Taste) culinary program, which allows travelers to delve deeper into each destination through regionally inspired dining experiences.
“With each revitalization of our ships, we are carefully redefining the future of the onboard experience to introduce new concepts, expand on our guests’ favorites, and continue to elevate the way they discover the world,” said Bert Hernandez, President of Silversea. “The transformation of Silver Spirit reflects our commitment to creating more enriching journeys, offering more space, greater comfort, and a deeper level of immersion both onboard and in each destination.”
Beginning in May 2026, guests sailing aboard Silver Spirit will enjoy a refreshed offering that will include:
Culinary immersion with the SALT program.
The new spaces will include SALT Kitchen, with destination-inspired menus, and SALT Bar, featuring regional beverages and signature cocktails. At SALT Lab, guests can delve deeper into the destination's culture through hands-on cooking classes focused on local flavors and traditions.
Reinvented public spaces
The refurbished Silver Spirit will feature a modernized Venetian Lounge, including elegant new textiles, updated carpeting, refreshed upholstery, and other enhancements. It will also incorporate a new, state-of-the-art LED screen that will elevate the onboard entertainment experience. The pool deck will offer an even more inviting outdoor ambiance, and the Zagara Beauty Spa has been subtly refreshed with new chairs and massage tables. The fitness center has also been recently upgraded with amp, an innovative AI-powered strength-training device with five versatile attachments and an integrated smart app.
Improved accommodations
The new Medallion Suites will offer thoughtfully designed spaces, with a private veranda, a luxurious bathroom with a standard vanity, separate bathtub and shower, plus a separate bedroom with a king-size bed.
Following its refurbishment, Silver Spirit will embark on immersive voyages through Northern Europe, combining the beauty of Norway's southern fjords with the rich history of the English Channel and Western Europe. Highlighted itineraries include:
