Celestyal has concluded its most successful season ever in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic, with a 4% increase in passenger numbers in the Mediterranean this year and a 10% increase in revenue compared to 2024.
Operating from April to November, the Celestyal Journey offered 10 sailings on the "Sublime Greece, Italy and Croatia" and 22 sailings on the "Idyllic Greece" itinerary, accommodating 1,260 guests. Both itineraries included seven ports of call over seven nights. The Celestyal Discovery, with a capacity of 1,360 passengers, operated 69 sailings on the three- and four-night "Iconic Greek Islands".
The season also marked a milestone when the Celestyal Discovery became the first cruise ship in Greek waters to operate on a locally produced marine biofuel blend, reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 21%.
Both ships are now preparing to reposition themselves in the Arabian Gulf for the winter.

Celestyal's season in the Arabian Gulf begins on December 6, 2025, with the Celestyal Journey departing on a special cruise to celebrate the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. It will then operate the seven-night "Amazing Desert" for the remainder of the season, with round-trip sailings from Doha and stops at Sir Bani Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain, plus two full days and one night in Dubai.
The Celestyal Discovery will then join its sister ship for its inaugural season in the region, departing on December 12, 2025, and launching the new three-, four-, and seven-night “Iconic Arabia”. The ship will sail circular itineraries from its winter homeport in Abu Dhabi, with calls at Doha (Qatar); Khasab (Oman); Dubai (UAE); Sir Bani Yas Island (UAE); and its first visits to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE).
