Princess Cruises celebrates the maiden voyage of its newest ship, Star Princess, which departs from Barcelona on an 11-day inaugural cruise in the Western Mediterranean. Staying true to the brand's tradition of combining innovation, elegance, and warm hospitality, the gleaming Star Princess becomes the seventeenth jewel in the company's fleet.

Weighing 177,800 tons and with a capacity for 4,300 passengers, the Star Princess offers 30 dining and bar spaces, an enhanced entertainment program, and luxury accommodations.
The inaugural 11-day Western Mediterranean voyage (October 4-15, 2025) departs from Barcelona with stops in Marseille, Rome (Civitavecchia), Naples, Sicily, Cartagena (Spain) and Gibraltar, before returning to Barcelona.
After a 7-day voyage through the Mediterranean, the Star Princess will cross the Atlantic before making its debut in Fort Lauderdale, where it will hold its official christening ceremony on November 6, 2025.
During the winter of 2025 and the spring of 2026, it will offer Caribbean cruises, visiting the region's most popular destinations. Afterward, it will transit the Panama Canal to Seattle, beginning its inaugural Alaskan season with 7-day Inside Passage cruises in the summer of 2026—becoming the newest ship to sail the "Great Land.".

The Star Princess boasts luxurious accommodations with over 1,500 balcony staterooms, including the exclusive Sanctuary Collection (suites, mini-suites, and balcony staterooms), offering privacy and exclusive amenities. It also features 30 restaurants and bars with celebrity collaborations, premium ingredients, and unique experiences; a “Love Line Premium” spirits collection including alcoholic and non-alcoholic creations by celebrities such as Pantalones Organic Tequila (Camila and Matthew McConaughey), Sláinte Irish Whiskey (Liev Schreiber), non-alcoholic Sparkling Rosé (Kylie Minogue), MEILI Vodka (Jason Momoa), and Love Prosecco (Artista Romero Britto).
