Celestyal has enhanced its cruise + stay combo package for travel agents, renaming it 'Celestyal Sail & Stay' , exclusively for the North American market. This improved tool allows agents to book cruise and shore leave packages for their clients both at the time of booking and at a later date.
This new feature, available through Celestyal's commercial booking system in "Seaware Touch", allows agents to book pre- and post-cruise hotel stays at a selection of 18 hotels in Athens, with private transfers included.
All the hotels offered are mostly four-star or higher, although there are also some three-star options, always with private transfers by car or minivan included to and from the airport, hotel, and port. Celestyal also provides travel agents with guides to the six areas of Athens where these hotels are located, so they can have expert local knowledge to better help their clients find the ideal accommodation. These range from the city center—such as Omonia Square, close to the main attractions—to Metaxourgio, closer to the metro for those who want to explore, to the Glyfada Riviera for those who want to take a dip in the sea near the port. The new guides contain relevant data and useful local information.
This service is offered on all cruises departing from Athens from July 28, 2025, including the three- and four-night 'Iconic Greek Islands' itineraries, the seven-night 'Idyllic Greece' itinerary, and the seven-night 'Sublime Greece, Italy and Croatia' itinerary. This offer is expected to be extended to Celestyal's programs in the Arabian Gulf in the near future.
