A-ROSA is equipping several of its ships with exceptionally fast and reliable internet service to offer guests an even more comfortable and personalized travel experience. The new Wi-Fi systems are being installed on six vessels: A-ROSA FLORA (Danube), A-ROSA SENA and AQUA (Rhine), and across the entire French fleet: A-ROSA LUNA, STELLA, and VIVA. Sales of the new onboard internet packages will begin in mid-July.
From that date, guests on these six ships will have access to a state-of-the-art internet service, tailored to different needs. Data packages can be booked flexibly by the day or for the entire duration of the cruise. Those who opt for the complete cruise package will receive an attractive 20% discount. Reservations are made exclusively on board.
The offering ranges from basic packages for essential functions like messaging, email, and web browsing, to the most comprehensive package, “STREAM,” which allows music and video streaming on the most popular platforms. Meanwhile, the A-ROSA app and website will remain accessible to all guests, even without purchasing an internet package, guaranteeing free and unlimited access to cruise and company information at all times.
“With the new internet packages, we’ve created another way to personalize your A-ROSA cruise. Some guests want to disconnect completely, while others want to share their memories instantly on social media. And now this option will also be available in the most idyllic locations on our itineraries. We visit some of the most beautiful natural regions in Europe, such as the Danube Falls and Delta with the A-ROSA FLORA, or the limestone gorges of Normandy with our A-ROSA VIVA. However, in many of these places, there is no internet connection available – something that also happens in the locks. Now, thanks to satellite technology, we offer the ideal solution: reliable internet on the river,” explains Jennifer Böckmann, Hotel Services Manager at A-ROSA.
With this new offering, the company sets a new milestone in terms of service quality and onboard comfort, providing its guests with the fastest internet on European rivers.
