The Ocean Victory vessel set sail from the port of Malaga an hour ago after the embargo requested by LANTIMAR GROUP was lifted, which resulted in the immobilization of the ship in the port.
The ship, which could be heading to Gibraltar, is traveling with the bridge and technical crew, after the rest of the crew have been gradually disembarking since last week and until today.
Neither Alma Cruceros, the company that chartered the ship, nor the owner of the Sunstone, under the commercial management of Nording Marine partner, have made any statement.
Last week the ship was detained under embargo at the request of its general agent, Lantimar Group, after completing only three cruises under the Alma Cruises brand.
