Virgin Voyages presents its collaboration with Nicky Jam, the Latin Grammy-nominated reggaeton star and recent Virgin Records signing. Together, they launch “Jam at Sea,” an exclusive line of gourmet fruit jams, available only on board Virgin Voyages ships.
The first flavor to hit the breakfast tables will be “BransonBerry”, a luxurious blend of premium strawberries, raspberries and blackberries with a hint of champagne, personally tasted and approved by Sir Richard Branson.
“As a good Englishman, I know a good jam with scones,” commented Sir Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group. “When I discovered that Nicky’s passion wasn’t just for music, but also for fruit preserves, I knew we had to collaborate. BransonBerry is absolutely spectacular in our breakfasts!”
The limited-edition jams will be served alongside Virgin Voyages' famous afternoon tea service and will be available for purchase as exclusive onboard souvenirs.
“My name has always had a double meaning,” Nicky Jam commented with a smile. “I can make people enjoy my music, and now I can help them enjoy their toast too. It’s about spreading good vibes, whether through the speakers or on the scones. This collaboration with Richard allows me to play with both meanings of ‘jam’ in the most delicious way possible.”
Virgin Voyages passengers will be able to enjoy the new BransonBerry Jam during afternoon tea service from April 1st on all ships in the award-winning fleet.
