Crescent Heights presents Crescent Seas, an exclusive residential model offering luxurious homes at sea. Designed for discerning travelers accustomed to the private lifestyle of yachting, Crescent Seas brings Crescent Heights' vision of creating magical communities in the sky to the oceans.
Crescent Seas will debut the Navigator, in agreement with the ship's owners, subsidiaries of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH). The vessel will undergo an extensive refurbishment. Three prestigious design studios – Lissoni & Partners, Journey, and MAWD – will collaborate with Crescent Seas to complete the transformation, each responsible for different aspects of the ship.
The Navigator will feature 210 residences with top-notch butler service in every unit and Starlink internet connection, allowing residents to work or study remotely.
Sales of the residences will open to the public on April 9, with a sales gallery available in Miami for interested buyers. The Navigator's maiden voyage is scheduled for December 2026. Crescent Seas also plans to announce four additional luxury residence ships over the next five years.
A new way of living at sea
Russell W. Galbut, founding partner of Crescent Heights, is leading the expansion of Crescent Seas:

Why vacation in just one city when you can live in all the world’s great cities? After carefully selecting this ship, we hired the same experienced management team to operate it for the first 10 years. We are delighted to offer luxury homes that will take people to the destinations they’ve always dreamed of.”
Unlike traditional commercial cruises, owners of these premium residences will travel on extended routes around the world, with stays of two to three days in each destination. The adventure itineraries will cover all seven continents, reaching some of the most remote locations on the planet.
“Residents will explore exotic destinations such as French Polynesia, the Faroe Islands and Madagascar,” commented Marisa Galbut, president of Crescent Seas.
Each ship will continue to be operated and maintained by its current crew. Furthermore, onboard hospitality services will continue to be managed by The Apollo Group, a provider with over 50 years of experience in the cruise industry
