Hapag-Lloyd Cruises launches the 2026/2027 season with a varied program that includes 50 cruises on board the luxurious ships EUROPA and EUROPA 2, as well as 70 expeditions on the three sister ships HANSEATIC inspiration, HANSEATIC nature and HANSEATIC spirit.
From September 2026 to October 2027, guests can enjoy unforgettable experiences across seven continents with 120 breathtaking itineraries. Bookings are now open. Featuring a diverse mix of new destinations, popular themed cruises, and classic favorites.

New dream destinations with the MS EUROPA
In the fall of 2026, the EUROPA will extend its summer with six Mediterranean cruises before crossing the Atlantic and plunging into New York. This small luxury ship will then head south to celebrate the Advent and Christmas season in the Caribbean. For Christmas and New Year's, the holiday cruise is ideal: it combines the best of the Caribbean with Christmas Eve in St. Barts and New Year's in Barbados.
The winter months will bring a varied itinerary through South America and a brand-new route along the coasts of South, Central, and North America, sailing from Valparaíso to San Francisco and visiting eight countries in 29 days. After several years, the ship will return to explore the west coast of Canada in March 2027. In spring, the ship will have a short season in the Mediterranean before embarking on a wide selection of summer cruises in Northern Europe.
For those seeking an extended stay at sea, the new season also offers combined cruises with durations between 42 and 111 days.
MS EUROPA 2: a wide selection of destinations for all tastes
The new destinations for EUROPA 2 include locations in the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Oceans, as well as in Oceania and Northern Europe. In autumn 2026, the ship will depart from the Mediterranean for the Canary Islands, and from there sail around Africa, visiting new ports such as Dakar, Banjul, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Zanzibar.
Their Christmas cruise will combine tropical beaches with Singapore, as well as the Seychelles, Maldives, Thailand, and Malaysia. New routes include Western Australia, Papua New Guinea, Palau, and a highly anticipated return to Japan and China.
Adventure with the expedition fleet: from warm to cold climates
The three sister ships HANSEATIC nature, HANSEATIC inspiration and HANSEATIC spirit offer expeditions from Antarctica and the Arctic to the Chilean fjords and the Amazon.
The HANSEATIC inspiration will explore South America in autumn 2026 and spring 2027, with routes through the Panama Canal, the Chilean fjords and two crossings of the Amazon to Iquitos.
Meanwhile, the HANSEATIC spirit will sail to Madagascar and South Africa, with stops at unique locations such as the Nosy Hara Archipelago and Mayotte. It also offers two legendary routes in Antarctica: a cape-to-cape expedition and a semi-circumnavigation of Antarctica.
