Oeania Cruises celebrates 15 years of the Culinary Center, the first hands-on cooking school at sea, with a variety of new classes planned for 2025.
Oceania Cruises' Culinary Center is available on four of its ships: Marina, Riviera™, Vista™, and Allura™, the newest ship joining the fleet in summer 2025. To commemorate this 15-year milestone, Oceania Cruises has added new culinary classes for 2025, highlighting dishes from the U.S. Pacific Northwest, Polynesia, and Australia, among others.
The Culinary Center offers over 60 current classes taught in custom-designed kitchens with individual stations and professional equipment. These classes provide the opportunity to explore a destination's culture and history through food, or to hone essential culinary skills under the guidance of a dedicated team of Chef Instructors.
Chef Kathryn Kelly, Director of Culinary Enrichment for Oceania Cruises, is the founder and driving force behind the Culinary Center and oversees Oceania Cruises' team of 11 talented Chef Instructors. She is also the creator of the Culinary Discovery Tours™, a key part of the Culinary Center's program. These popular chef-led excursions are available in more than 40 destinations worldwide and include the opportunity to cook destination-inspired dishes onboard after purchasing ingredients at local markets or learning from local experts about the region's food and culture. Chef Kelly is planning a new series of culinary excursions for 2025, which will be announced in the coming months.

New classes for 2025

- Snow Days Brunch Celebrate snowy days with brunch classics and warm cocktails.
Christmas and New Year Promotions
Oceania Cruises has also just announced that for new bookings made before January 31, 2025, travelers will receive up to a four-category upgrade in their stateroom , plus the option of choosing between a premium beverage package (unlimited wine, beer, and spirits) or an onboard credit per suite. This promotion will be available on a total of 105 global voyages: 79 in 2025 and 26 in 2026.
