Cunard presents its new collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw. Together, they will bring “Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen” to life on select Queen Victoria voyages around the Mediterranean.
Guests will enjoy an exclusive culinary experience as Outlaw takes its award-winning chef to the sea. He will personally oversee a series of intimate five-course seafood tasting menus, featuring the finest Mediterranean ingredients and prepared in his signature style.
The intimate dinners, for 60 guests, will offer a high-level maritime experience, combining Outlaw's culinary vision with the exquisite setting of the Mediterranean coast, so that every meal is a special occasion.
The pioneering restaurateur and esteemed protégé will collaborate with the luxury cruise line to exclusively offer a quartet of onboard residences during its Mediterranean season next summer.
The four-trip series begins aboard a 14-night cruise from Civitavecchia, with Outlaw sailing the first seven nights. Onboard, Outlaw will conduct live cooking demonstrations and participate as a speaker in a series of intimate interviews about his rise to culinary stardom.
