Royal Caribbean International's Star of the Seas will soon double its number of world's best vacations in one of the world's premier tourist destinations, and the full list of unparalleled experiences awaiting guests has been revealed. From the thrills of the fastest and tallest waterslides to more than 40 dining and beverage options combined with adventures in idyllic destinations like Royal Caribbean's private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas, this upcoming combination of the best of every vacation type sets the stage for everyone to create lasting memories from Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida. Starting in August 2025, families and travelers of all ages can enjoy the acclaimed new features first introduced on Icon of the Seas, as well as updated versions of existing favorites, such as the new Lincoln Park Supper Club – a multi-course dining experience inspired by 1930s Chicago, accompanied by live entertainment. On deck, there's everything from the six adrenaline-pumping waterslides in the Category 6 Water Park and seven pools – one for each day of the week – to the Surfside neighborhood designed for young families and what will be one of only two infinity pools suspended at sea – The Hideaway, for adults only.

Star will bring more of Icon Class's revolutionary combination across eight neighborhoods that are destinations in themselves, with everything from restaurants and bars to live entertainment and more. Highlights include five Icon and Star-exclusive neighborhoods:
Thrill Island – There are thrills of all kinds at Category 6, the first offshore water park to be unveiled at Icon, and its six record-breaking water slides with slides for families to raft together, the free-fall slide or mats for duo racing; Crown's Edge, part walkway, part attraction, 47 meters above the ocean; alongside favorites such as the FlowRider surf simulator, mini-golf and places to grab a bite and drinks like Basecamp and Desserted.
Chill Island – This three-deck slice of paradise houses four of the seven pools, each with a distinct vibe and prime ocean views, including the Swim & Tonic swim-up bar and Royal Bay, the largest pool at sea. With live music and DJs and casual dining and drinking spots just steps away, like The Lime & Coconut, travelers can unwind day and night.
Surfside – The neighborhood designed for young families is where they can stay and play together all day without compromise. There's everything from splashing areas for babies and toddlers in Splashaway Bay and Baby Bay, with older children nearby in the Water's Edge pool, to places to eat like Surfside Eatery and The Lemon Post bar – both with options for kids and adults.
AquaDome – The oasis of tranquility by day and the place for a vibrant party at night in the highest area of Star is back with panoramic ocean views, and shows that challenge the senses with divers, trapeze artists, robots, dancers and more in the AquaTheater; and food and drink to enjoy in the AquaDome Market food hall, the Rye & Bean bar, Hooked and The Overlook bar and Overlook Pods with breathtaking views.
The Hideaway – Tucked away more than 40 meters above the ocean, this adults-only space has the good vibes of beach clubs around the world with an infinity pool suspended offshore – joining the only one of its kind found at Icon – a DJ, a dedicated bar, a terrace with hot tubs and uninterrupted ocean views.
Reimagined favorites already available at Icon complete the best-selling Icon Class vacation experience at Star, from the floor-to-ceiling Royal Promenade overlooking the ocean, the stunning Pearl – the world's largest kinetic art sculpture – and more than 15 restaurants, bars, and lounges to Central Park, the open-air neighborhood covered with more than 30,500 real plants and alive day and night with restaurants like the new Lincoln Park Supper Club, live music at Lou's Jazz 'n Blues, convenient pickup windows with sushi and champagne, and more.
