Seabourn has introduced an enhanced group program that aims to expand opportunities for travel advisors.

In addition to offering additional perspectives, Seabourn's new Enhanced Groups Program was designed to streamline communication and simplify the group booking process.
The program introduces a revamped “Tour Conductor Credit,” offers onboard credits or bonus commission for bookings, eliminates the need for deposits for smaller group allocations, and increases group capacity.
“Seabourn has a long history of delivering incredible group, incentive, and charter experiences, and this new program underscores our dedication to constantly refining and enriching the group booking process for travel advisors,” said Steve Smotrys, Vice President of Sales and Business Relations at Seabourn.
“Whether it's marking a special milestone or hosting a corporate meeting, we look forward to warmly welcoming groups aboard for an incredible voyage, all while providing ultra-luxury and unparalleled service“.
Effective for all groups for voyages departing in the fall of 2025 and beyond, the program offers great value with the new Tour Conductor Credit, Seabourn said.
The credit can be used to accompany groups, add value, or improve margins. When travel advisors book nine guests at full fare, the tenth sails at a reduced fare.
The enhanced program also includes a renewed focus on Accelerated Tier travel, offering an expanded list of select trips that allow seven guests to be booked at full fare, while the eighth guest sails at a reduced fare.
The simplified calculation of the Tour Conductor Credit for the reduced-fare guest is the weighted average of all fares paid within the group.
Other benefits include Business Flexibility, with the option to choose between onboard credit or an extra commission.
According to Seabourn, it offers combinable onboard credit per suite, allowing travel advisors to elevate the onboard experience for their clients by integrating it with most publicly available onboard credit offerings and National Accounts onboard credit programs.
In addition, advisors can increase the value of their bookings by earning up to an additional 5% commission per suite.
The new program also includes Exclusive Group Events, allowing travel advisors to create additional Seabourn Moments through exclusive group events.
For example, upon request, groups can receive a private cocktail reception, including a visit from a Seabourn officer to welcome the group to their cruise.
Advisors can also benefit from additional conditions, including no deposit requirement and increased capacity.
Currently, travel advisors can book more suites to accommodate large groups with Seabourn directly on the online portal, without the need for forms or approvals.
