The luxury cruise company has added new members to its sales team in all regions of the world.
Giorgio Costa, a well-known industry professional, joins the company as Regional Sales Manager for Europe. Costa has extensive experience in the cruise industry and the luxury market, and his role will be to increase sales and strengthen relationships with travel agencies in all European markets under his responsibility, including Spain.
Crystal continues to aim for growth in the UK and across Europe and as part of its strategy and support for its business partners, it is adding several sales professionals.
Stephen Joyner has been promoted to Senior Head of Sales for the UK and Ireland. In his new role, Joyner will continue to focus on increasing trade distribution and commercial reach while strengthening Crystal's support for business partners. The team also recently welcomed
Evon Ler has been appointed the new sales director for the Asia Pacific region. Ler's extensive industry experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving growth and market share in this key market.
Crystal also announced the expansion of its global commercial sales teams in regions such as North America, where Margaret Thwaites has been appointed the new Southeast Regional Sales Director, bringing over two decades of experience and a proven track record in sales and customer relations. In addition, a new team of business development specialists will be introduced to support travel advisors and regional sales directors, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.

Crystal currently operates with two ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, although there are plans to increase the fleet for both ocean and expedition voyages.
