Princess Cruises will send five ships to Europe by 2026

Princess Cruises will send five ships to Europe for its 2026 European season, visiting 101 destinations in 29 countries.

The five ships, including the new Sun Princess, built in 2024, will offer a record 222 cruises.

The European season, which will run from March to November 2026, includes 59 unique itineraries with stays of between five and 42 nights.

Highlights for the upcoming season include the opportunity to experience the 2026 total solar eclipse; sailing on Princess' newest ship, the Sun Princess; the return of round-trip cruises from Copenhagen; and new itineraries from Rome. The season goes on sale May 23, 2024.

Our 2026 season offers the very best of Europe with amazing voyages that visit a mix of iconic ports, as well as smaller, off-the-beaten-path destinations, giving guests their own personalized journey.

The Sun Princess will offer seven, fourteen and twenty-one night trips around the Mediterranean with departures from Civitavecchia (Rome), Piraeus (Athens) and Barcelona.

The Sky Princess, with a capacity for 3,660 passengers, will return for the sixth year to its home port of Southampton.

Among the highlights is a voyage culminating on August 12, 2026, when the Sky Princess will sail directly into thepath of totalityon a special 14-night Total Solar Eclipse cruise that will also visit France, Spain, and Portugal. The cruise will depart from Southampton on August 8, 2026.

New for 2026 is a 28-night itinerary through Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, departing from and returning to Southampton with stops in Skagen, Copenhagen, Warnemünde (for Berlin), Stockholm (overnight), Helsinki, Tallinn, Visby, Zeebrugge (for Brussels/Bruges), Southampton, Vigo, Cádiz (for Seville), Málaga, Cartagena, Gibraltar, Lisbon, Bilbao, and Le Verdon (for Bordeaux). It departs on September 12, 2026.

Also new, the Enchanted Princess, with 3,660 guests, offers round-trip Mediterranean itineraries from Civitavecchia (Rome), of five, seven, eight and 14 nights.

For the first time, the Majestic Princess, with 3,560 berths, will sail round trip from Southampton, offering 11, 12 and 14 night itineraries around the British Isles and Northern Europe.

British Isles voyages will take guests to historic ports in England, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland, while Northern European itineraries include stops in Scandinavia, Iceland, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

In addition, Princess Cruises returns to Copenhagen after six years with the 2,670-passenger Sapphire Princess, offering 12-night itineraries around Northern Europe.

Before departing from Copenhagen, the Sapphire Princess will sail the Mediterranean for two months between March and April 2026, from Barcelona, ​​in addition to round-trip itineraries from Civitavecchia (Rome).
