Sea Cloud Cruises will host the San Juan Guest Chef Series, which will take place on the Sea Cloud Spirit’s cruises to Puerto Rico in January 2025.
Under the direction of food writer Kathleen Squires and Ronnie Rodríguez of Chef’s Dinner Table in New York, each of the four new cruises will be hosted by a renowned Puerto Rican chef.
The first will be Wilo Benet on January 4, 2025, followed by Julie Carriófrom January 10 to 17, Francis Guzmán from January 17 to 24, and Mario Pagán from January 24 to February 1.
Passengers will have the opportunity to enjoy regional dishes, cooking demonstrations led by chefs, rum tastings, and culinary discussions on board.

Each trip will offer unique experiences, such as a special Three Kings’ Day dinner on January 6 and cooking demonstrations. The itineraries will include stops at various locations, such as Virgin Gorda, Gustavia, and San Juan, all aboard the Sea Cloud Spirit.
