Royal Caribbean is innovating in the dining experience aboard the Utopia of the Seas, scheduled for launch in the summer of 2024.
Royal Caribbean's first Oasis-class ship will offer short three- and four-night getaways to the Bahamas, with stops at the exclusive private destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay.
Among the gastronomic offerings, the following stand out:
- Royal Railway – Utopia Station: An experience that combines adventure, food and technology through a culinary train journey that transports diners to different eras and destinations, all without leaving the ship.
- The Spare Tire: A poolside food truck serving pulled pork sandwiches, burgers, and daily rotating desserts, among other things.
- Izumi and Izumi in the Park: At its new location in Central Park, Izumi offers sushi, Japanese street food and sweets, along with a private omakase-inspired dining experience, sake cocktails and outdoor teppanyaki tables.
In addition to these new experiences, Utopia will also feature Royal Caribbean's core restaurants, such as Giovanni's Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant & Bar, Hooked Seafood, Chops Grille, among others.
