Silversea has expanded the role of cruise industry expert Massimo Brancaleoni, who becomes Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Revenue.
In this new role, Brancaleoni will continue to report to Silversea's President, Barbara Muckermann. Brancaleoni has nearly 30 years of experience in the global cruise industry and has held executive positions for international organizations in Europe and Asia. He joined Silversea in January 2023 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales.

With extensive experience in the cruise industry, Brancaleoni has a proven track record of leading teams and developing profitable strategies globally. Prior to joining Silversea, he held senior positions at Costa Cruises, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, after rising from Director of Pricing and Revenue Management.
