The Riviera is currently offering its first season in the Asia-Pacific region for Oceania Cruises.
After debuting by crossing the Suez Canal in December, Oceania Cruises' Riviera offers a series of itineraries around Southeast Asia, the Far East and the Indian Ocean.
After departing from Bombay on January 8, the Riviera offers a 20-night cruise to Singapore that includes other destinations in India, as well as stops in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
After its first cruise around Asia, the Riviera, built in 2012, will offer a one-way cruise from Singapore to Bangkok.
The outbound itinerary includes visits to Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.
Continuing its inaugural season in the region, the Riviera will also offer itineraries to Myanmar, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and China, among others.
The Riviera's local season, with a capacity for 1,260 passengers, includes a total of 25 unique trips, ranging from ten to 82 days.
According to Oceania Cruises, the decision to move the Riviera from its traditional winter itineraries in the Caribbean responds to a strong demand for remote and exotic destinations.
During the cruises, guests will have the opportunity to visit the Great Wall, the Grand Palace of Bangkok, Ha Long Bay and the temples and gardens of Kyoto, among other Asian attractions.
Riviera itineraries also allow you to explore lesser-known places, such as Ishigaki Island in Japan and the imperial city of Hue on Vietnam's Perfume River.
Following a major renovation in late 2022, the Riviera debuted renovated suites and staterooms, as well as renovated and refurbished public areas.
New features on the ship include renovated bars and lounges, as well as high-end social experiences and completely renovated restaurants.
