According to Virgin Voyages, Michelle Bentubo's more than 30 years of experience in travel and operations, along with seven years at Virgin Voyages in senior roles, make her the perfect choice to lead the company's end-to-end operations as the brand evolves.

Michelle Bentubo joined Virgin Voyages in 2016 as Vice President of Technology and Operations, having previously held executive positions at Bank of America, Walt Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line. As a founding member of the Virgin Voyages team, Bentubo played an integral role in identifying, designing, and ultimately implementing the technology framework needed for onboard and shore-based teams to ensure the brand delivered on its experience promises.
He then took over the management of the company's customer service, terminal operations, and personnel and culture organizations, shaping the brand's service philosophy and culture.
In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Bentubo will oversee all touchpoints of the brand's end-to-end operations, a critical position as Virgin Voyages expands its offering to more than 100 ports of call.
Bentubo also runs Virgin Voyages' "Scarlet Squad," a program dedicated to recruiting, supporting, and mentoring talented women across all operations and preparing them for future leadership roles.
