Virgin Voyages has announced that its fourth ship, the Brilliant Lady, will be unveiled late.
“Despite careful planning, we faced unexpected challenges in construction, supply chain and staffing that have delayed the introduction of the Brilliant Lady,” the company said in a statement.
“We want to make sure that when the ship launches, we can offer the standards that are expected of a brand like Virgin Voyages.”.
Originally planned for later this year, the launch date will be determined shortly, the company said. Guests with canceled reservations will receive generous offers along with exclusive rebooking benefits and onboard credit once the new date is announced, the company said.
In addition, Virgin Voyages will offer rebooking promotions or a full refund. For new bookings made until September 28, the company is also offering discounts.
