Windstar Cruises has released its sailing schedule for winter 2025/26, featuring several deployment moves for its fleet of six ships. Most notably, there are new seasonal sailings to the Canary Islands, the first-ever Middle East cruises, two new Tahiti cruises, and the return of an epic all-Caribbean voyage.
The announcement comes with an Early Bird Offer, which includes a complimentary upgrade to the All-Inclusive Fare plus one onboard credit per guest if booked before November 6. (The All-Inclusive Fare upgrade includes unlimited alcoholic beverages, Wi-Fi, and all gratuities.)
In addition, Windstar is launching a newly formalized onboard cruise promotion across its entire fleet. Customers sailing with Windstar can work with the cruise line's Onboard Cruise Advisor to book their next cruise while on their current one, resulting in significant savings: a 10 percent discount that can be combined with other Windstar offers. Furthermore, guests who book through the Onboard Cruise Advisor will receive one onboard credit per person and can enjoy reduced deposits.
Canary Islands in Winter
The yacht Wind Star, with 148 guests, will sail around the Canary Islands constantly from November 2025 to March 2026.
Middle East – New cruises for 2024 and 2025.
Unprecedented itineraries from November 2023 on the Star Legend, which will take guests to sites of world religions, Egyptian temples, Bedouin villages and extravagant cities that have emerged from the desert in recent decades.
Departure dates are set for spring 2025, with more than a dozen itineraries to choose from, including Cruise Tours that combine a land excursion with a cruise. New options include cruises to Dubai and Muscat in 2024 and 2025, with experiences included.
Tahiti
Windstar has created two new cruise excursion options in French Polynesia, where the shipping company has been sailing for more than 35 years and is an expert in small ships.
The new Tahiti & Moorea Foodie Cruise Tour is a three-day extension of Windstar's seven-day Dreams of Tahiti cruise, featuring three nights in a garden bungalow at the Manava Beach Resort & Spa Moorea; a half-day foodie adventure in Moorea including tastings of locally produced spirits and juices, the traditional Ma'a tinito, and stops at exemplary roadside stands; a full-day snorkeling excursion to Moorea's Cook and Opunohu Bays with lunch and cultural demonstrations; and transfers.
The Overwater Bungalow & Tahitian Paradises Cruise Tour is a three-day extension of Windstar's Dreams of Tahiti cruise that includes accommodation in an overwater bungalow at a four-star resort, three nights at the Manava Beach Resort & Spa Moorea, breakfast delivered to the bungalow by canoe, a romantic dinner on the beach, a half-day excursion by private car, and all transfers.
In addition, starting in February 2024, Windstar will relocate the 312-passenger, all-suite Star Breeze to year-round sailing in Tahiti, replacing the 148-passenger classic Wind Spirit as Windstar's ship of choice in French Polynesia. Windstar also recently announced new cruises to the remote Marquesas Islands, beginning in 2024.
Caribbean
Windstar is bringing back its Grand Caribbean Adventure, returning with new ports of call aboard Windstar's flagship, the Wind Surf. The cruise includes a partial transit of the Panama Canal, a new port of call in Scarborough (Trinidad and Tobago) as well as Saint Peirre (Martinique), in addition to the addition of Grand Cayman. The 55-day cruise includes overnight stays in Jost Van Dyke, St. Barthélemy, and Virgin Gorda, and spends only nine days at sea.
On Windstar cruises to San Juan and the Virgin Islands, Windstar has replaced Montserrat with St. Kitts, as well as St. Thomas with the smaller and more lush San Juan.
At Windward Islands Surf & Sunsets, Windstar has replaced the port of Philipsburg with Marigot in St. Maarten.
