For the first time, Princess Cruises will have its home port in Central Florida, Canaveral, with the Caribbean Princess starting in late 2024.
The ship will conduct cruises in the eastern and western Caribbean during the winter season.
These cruises will range from a four-day itinerary to the Turks and Caicos Islands on November 27 to six-day cruises through the Eastern Caribbean, also including the Turks and Caicos Islands; and eight-day itineraries through the Eastern and Western Caribbean with destinations such as Cozumel, Costa Maya, Roatán's Mahogany Bay, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and San Juan.
Port Canaveral is part of Princess Cruises' expansion of its presence in the U.S. to offer new options that travelers can easily access from key source markets, such as Central Florida.
