Princess Cruises is preparing for the start of the 2023 cruise and land tour season, which begins on April 29.
Princess will sail with seven ships across 14 different itineraries and 25 cruise tours, including the company's newest ship, Discovery Princess, along with Royal Princess, Ruby Princess, Majestic Princess, Grand Princess, Crown Princess, and Sapphire Princess.
New for 2023, the “Wild for Alaska Seafood” menu has been expanded and will be available to all passengers sailing with Princess in Alaska this season. A new “Farm to Table” menu has also been introduced for cruise guests staying at the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge. An extensive beverage program has also been launched this season.
“Welcoming guests to the start of the Alaska season is always one of the most anticipated events of the year because we know they are going to have one of the most memorable travel experiences,” said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises.
Introduced in 2022, Princess's "Wild for Alaska Seafood" menu is a menu that offers a rotation of fresh Alaskan seafood dishes, along with destination-inspired cocktails that include Alaskan spirits sourced from local distilleries.
To underscore its role as a guardian of the environment, Princess has developed the new “Wild for Alaska Seafood” program in collaboration with Pacific Seafood, Alaska Seafood and Alaska Leader Seafood, all of which are committed to environmentally responsible practices and are among the best managed and most sustainable fisheries in the world.
The expanded beverage program includes a wide variety of offerings, so that all customers have something to like.
Guests can enjoy cruises of seven to eleven days, with departures from San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver (British Columbia) and Anchorage (Whittier), as well as cruise excursions that take passengers 500 miles into the heart of Alaska.
Distinctions of the Princess Cruises Alaska experience include:

- Main ports of Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway.
- 150 shore excursions.
- New for 2023, guests at the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge will be able to enjoy the "farm to table" offering.
