Official relaunch of the Crystal Cruises cruise company under a renewed name and vision: Crystal – Exceptional at Sea, starting with an innovative website and branding under the tutelage of A&K Travel Group.
Crystal has also announced its 2023 and 2024 voyages aboard the newly refurbished Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, featuring larger, updated suites with handcrafted finishes, state-of-the-art onboard wellness, and enhanced dining and entertainment. With more than nine dining options on each ship, a spa, fitness facilities, and a large pool, there's something for everyone.
New itineraries
The ships will soon embark on itineraries around the world, immersing guests in locations across the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Canada and New England, Alaska, the Caribbean, the Panama Canal, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Exceptional Suites:
The suites and guest rooms are more spacious, with every detail and contemporary craftsmanship. The suites feature Italian marble, modern furnishings, and fine cotton linens.

The personalized and friendly service provides a relaxing, home-like feeling, with the philosophy of "whatever you want, whenever you want it." This is achieved thanks to the industry-leading staff training, synonymous with Crystal.
Exceptional Meals:
A special food and beverage program has been designed to offer authentic dining experiences with efficient and personalized service, regardless of where and when you dine. A series of guest chefs will be featured, each representing a different destination, adding diversity and local flavors.
Exceptional Experiences:
Both the spa and gym will be renovated, and the Wimbledon courts will host both padel and pickleball. A refreshed approach to entertainment and events programming has been developed, with more information to be provided soon. On land, Abercrombie & Kent will continue to offer a seamless experience with an unparalleled level of service.

The first departures will be a Mediterranean cruise aboard the Crystal Serenity on July 31 from Marseille and aboard the Crystal Symphony, whose departure is scheduled for September 1 from Athens.
