James Rodríguez has been appointed President and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages, taking the helm of the new cruise line. Bringing over 20 years of proven success in the industry, James joins the company at a crucial time for the brand's development and growth.
With the successful launch of the World Navigator and the upcoming launch in November of the brand's second ship, the World Traveller, James' extensive experience in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, human resources and guest experience will be essential to driving the brand forward.

James began his career in the cruise industry with Crystal Cruises and subsequently joined Oceania Cruises in 2003 as a key member of the founding team. At Oceania, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and helped build the brand in the areas of omnichannel marketing, sales, corporate communications, loyalty programs, guest services, new product development, sustainability initiatives, and corporate philanthropy.
