Celebrity Cruises is celebrating the full return of its 15-ship fleet with the Celebrity Infinity setting sail for the Caribbean from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, June 25, 2022. This milestone marks not only the ship's first departure in 881 days, but also the full return of all 63 ships in the fleet of parent company Royal Caribbean Group. In honor of this milestone, the entire fleet will sound its horn on Saturday in celebration and to pay tribute to its beloved crew.
Celebrity Cruises' return to service began exactly one year ago, when the Celebrity Edge made history on June 26, 2021, becoming the first cruise ship to depart from a U.S. port in 15 months, after being grounded due to the global pandemic. Now, the return of the Celebrity Infinity to sailing closes one chapter and opens a new one for the brand.
“This voyage not only caps off an incredible journey, but also sets the course for a whole new world of endless possibilities for our brand and for cruise travel. The future is very promising, thanks to the time, effort, and love that the team has poured into restoring our entire fleet,” said Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises.

On its first voyage in more than two years, the Celebrity Infinity will take guests on a seven-night cruise through the Eastern Caribbean with stops in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and the Dominican Republic, while offering celebratory benefits and special moments.
After its return, the Celebrity Infinity will embark on alternative seven-night itineraries through the Eastern and Western Caribbean.
From now until August 3, 2022, travelers can take advantage of Celebrity's Save and Sail offer.
