MSC Cruises has revamped its loyalty program, MSC Voyagers Club, with a range of new and attractive benefits. As part of these changes, Voyagers Exclusives will replace Voyages Selection, offering greater incentives for members, who will automatically receive a discount of at least 5% on any cruise booking at any time. Previously, Voyages Selection was only available for a selection of cruises worldwide.
Furthermore, the further in advance you book, the greater the benefits you'll receive. Additionally, all members who book an MSC Cruises holiday 12 months in advance will receive double reward points.
Achille Staiano, Vice President of Global Sales at MSC Cruises, commented, “The new Voyagers Exclusives structure is designed to reward each and every member of our loyalty program with every booking made on any of our ships and on itineraries throughout the year. We know our Voyagers Club members are always eager to move up a level, and the double points available for bookings made 12 months in advance will be a quick way to achieve this. Overall, Voyagers Exclusives will have benefits for everyone who joins and books their vacation with MSC Cruises.”
Members of loyalty programs from other cruise lines, including passengers from the former Pullmantur company, hotels and tour operators, will also be able to transfer their points to MSC Voyagers Club thanks to the MSC Status Match program available through travel agencies or on the MSC Cruises website.
MSC Cruises has also launched a new promotion for summer 2022, exclusively for MSC Voyagers Club: members who book any cruise before June 30, 2022, for sailing before October 30, 2022, will receive one onboard credit per person and bonus points, in addition to the usual 5% discount. Furthermore, the bonus points will be credited to passengers' accounts before departure, helping them reach the next status level faster and thus enjoy the benefits sooner.
