MSC Cruises today revealed details of its Summer 2023 program, featuring a selection of ships sailing to more than 140 destinations worldwide. Itineraries ranging from mini-cruises to 21-night cruises are available for booking.
The MSC World Europa, the company's first LNG-powered ship, will spend its first summer season in the Mediterranean, sailing from Barcelona and offering 7-night itineraries.
The MSC Seascape will offer alternating 7-night Caribbean cruises from Miami, and each itinerary will include a stop at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, as well as other stops at spectacular destinations in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica.

Highlights of the Western Mediterranean include:
- MSC Seashore , embarking in Valencia, will stop at destinations such as Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia (Rome), Palermo (Italy) and Ibiza before returning to Valencia.
- MSC Seaview will depart from Barcelona on Saturdays and call at destinations such as Cannes (France), Genoa, La Spezia and Civitavecchia (Italy), as well as Palma de Mallorca. This will be the perfect itinerary for sun lovers.
- MSC Opera will depart from Barcelona and make stops in La Goulette (Tunisia), Palermo (Sicily), Naples and Genoa in Italy and Marseille in France.
- Starting in June, MSC Orchestra will begin ten-night cruises from Malaga and Alicante to visit destinations such as Genoa, Marseille, Cadiz, Lisbon, Menorca and Olbia (Italy)
- MSC World Europe will offer the most popular destinations in the Western Mediterranean from Barcelona with stops in Naples and Messina (Italy), Valletta (Malta), Marseille (France) and Genoa (Italy).
The highlights of the Eastern Mediterranean include:
- MSC Divina will set sail from Civitavecchia (Rome) with stops including Syracuse, Taranto and stunning beaches in Puglia, Italy, as well as Santorini and Mykonos in Greece.
- MSC Lirica will sail from Bari on Sundays and from Venice on Mondays to stop at the Greek islands of Kefalonia/Argostoli, Santorini and Crete.
- MSC Sinfonia will depart from Venice on Sundays, stopping at destinations such as Brindisi (Italy), the Greek island of Mykonos and the Greek mainland destination of Piraeus to visit Athens, as well as Split or Zadar in Croatia.
- MSC Armonia will depart from Venice on Saturdays and will stop at destinations such as Kotor (Montenegro), the famous Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini (Greece) and Bari (Italy).
- MSC Musica will set sail on Sundays from Piraeus/Athens and will stop at destinations including Santorini (Greece), Kusadasi (Turkey), Haifa (Israel) and the island of Limassol (Cyprus), in addition to Mykonos and Greece.
- MSC Splendida will depart on Saturdays from Trieste/Venice and will stop at destinations such as Ancona (Italy), the picturesque city of Dubrovnik (Croatia), Bari (Italy), Corfu (Greece) and Kotor (Montenegro).
The highlights of Northern Europe include:
- MSC Euribia will be offering spectacular 7-night itineraries sailing to the Norwegian Fjords.
- MSC Fantasia from Kiel (Germany) will offer two alternative itineraries to the Norwegian Fjords or the Baltic Capitals.
- MSC Grandiosa, from Southampton (United Kingdom), will offer itineraries of between 7 and 15 nights to the Norwegian Fjords, Sweden and Denmark, the Atlantic coast of Europe and longer cruises to the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean, in addition to some short 3 and 4 night cruises.
- MSC Poesia, departing from Warnemünde/Berlin (Germany) and Copenhagen (Denmark), will offer itineraries of between 7 and 21 nights to the Baltic Capitals and four Norwegian fjords.
- MSC Preziosa, sailing from Hamburg, Germany, will offer itineraries to the North Cape and Spitsbergen in Norway, as well as cruises to Iceland. Starting in September 2023, MSC Preziosa will offer seven-night cruises visiting five of Europe's most popular destinations: the Pearls of the North.
Highlights of long cruises and mini-cruises include:
- MSC Divina, departing from Barcelona, will offer 11-night cruises to the Canary Islands, Morocco, Madeira and Genoa in October and November.
- MSC Poesiawill offer 11 nights from Genoa to Greece and Turkey.
- MSC Sinfonia will offer 11-night cruises from Genoa to Civitavecchia/Rome, Messina/Taormina/Etna Volcano (Italy), Rhodes/Lindos; Limassol (Cyprus), Heraklion/Crete (Greece) and Haifa (Israel).
- Those looking for shorter cruises or weekend getaways of 3 to 5 nights in length can choose from a range of multi-port embarkation cruises with MSC Orchestra in May and June and MSC Euribia and MSC Seaview in the fall.
Highlights of North America and the Caribbean include:
- MSC Meraviglia will sail year-round from New York and offer a variety of itineraries ranging from 6 to 11 nights in length.
- MSC Seascape will offer two different 7-night itineraries from Miami, Florida.
- MSC Seaside will have its embarkation port in Orlando, Florida and will offer: 3 and 4 night cruises to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve (Bahamas); and 7 night sailings to Cozumel and Costa Maya (Mexico), Belize and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve (Bahamas).
- MSC Magnifica from Miami with new short cruises of 3 or 4 nights duration to Key West in Florida (USA), Nassau and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve (Bahamas).
