Tradewind Voyages has confirmed the postponement of the 2022 Golden Horizon season, originally scheduled for May in Palma de Mallorca, to July in Croatia. Previously, the company had cancelled a Caribbean season between December and April. The main reasons for this decision were supply chain issues, labor shortages due to Covid-19, and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Tradewind Voyages CEO Alan McGrory said: “We have made the difficult decision to cancel our first trips from Palma and Civitavecchia and focus all our efforts on the 2022 European summer season and our 2022 winter Caribbean season trips.”.
Tradewind Voyages has apologized to affected customers and travel agencies for any inconvenience this decision may cause. Guests affected by the cancellations can rebook under special conditions or request a full refund. The company expressed its gratitude for the continued support of travel agencies during this difficult time.
