The Porto Cruise Terminal has welcomed Silversea's new cruise ship, the Silver Dawn, for the first time.
The ship arrived on March 21st from Lisbon and departed on March 23rd, again bound for Lisbon, with 304 passengers on board. Guests had the opportunity to visit the city of Porto and enjoy the Northern Region of Portugal through excursions scheduled for their stay, including trips along the Douro River.
This was the first inaugural port call of the year in Leixões, out of 20 new calls planned for 2022. As is customary on these occasions, a plaque exchange ceremony took place with the Port Authorities and Captain Samuele Failla aboard the Silver Dawn, commemorating this first visit.
