The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is expanding its fleet with the addition of two newly built superyachts, Ilma and Luminara, which will set sail in 2024 and 2025, respectively. These superyachts will be built in collaboration with the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France
Chantiers de l'Atlantique will handle all production and development, including design and sustainability, adhering to the highest standards of shipbuilding and marine engineering in the ultra-luxury sector. The announcement comes at an exciting time as The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection prepares to launch its first superyacht, Evrima, this summer.

The specially designed superyachts boast the largest space ratios at sea, with 228 suites, each with its own private veranda, and will offer a high percentage of larger suites, including two new, spacious superior suite categories up to 100 square meters. Both vessels will showcase modern craftsmanship and interior finishes envisioned by London-based architecture and design firm AD Associates and award-winning lighting designer DPA. Finland-based yacht stylist Aivan developed the exterior design of the new ships, drawing inspiration from the elegant aesthetics of private yachts.
The onboard experience will reflect the sublime comfort and legendary guest service of the Ritz-Carlton brand. In addition to unparalleled accommodations, the new superyachts will feature five restaurants, six bars, a wine cellar, and spaces found on the Evrima, such as an expanded marina with a new mezzanine, a Ritz-Carlton spa, and a dedicated space for Ritz Kids programming.
Reaffirming The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's commitment to sustainable practices, each ship will use liquefied natural gas (LNG) as its primary energy source. In addition, the yachts will feature advanced water treatment systems, an efficient heat recovery system, LED lighting, and other features designed to minimize their environmental impact.
The new superyachts offer seven- to ten-night itineraries in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, providing an all-inclusive experience. These superyachts will also be available for private charter.
