With the Silver Dawn ready to welcome guests as the tenth ship in the Silversea fleet from April 1, 2022, the cruise company has taken the opportunity to unveil details of its new Otium wellness program, as well as the new ship's reimagined spa.

The Otium program will take guests on a personalized wellness journey. Guests are encouraged to socialize both in the modern relaxation lounge, with its comfortable armchairs, and in the expansive outdoor area, which offers panoramic ocean views and moments for reflection and meditation. The wellness journey continues beyond the spa with unforgettable, tailor-made relaxation experiences throughout the ship.
Designed by HBA London, Silver Dawn’s reimagined spa spans over 790 square meterson Deck Six. It features a layout optimized for a more seamless wellness journey—enhanced with culinary delights, ambient lighting, and curated playlists—as well as an upgraded beauty salon, fitness center, hair salon, and a 219-square-meter outdoor relaxation area.A spacious relaxation room and an infinity water feature invite guests to socialize while being pampered in a soothing setting. Inviting treatment rooms, a large sauna, and a steam room complete the offering. Every detail of the spa’s design has been crafted to provide a comforting and sensory experience.
At the Otium Spa, Silversea guests will enjoy bespoke treatments from a carefully curated wellness menu featuring natural and sustainable products, including exclusive Otium signature products. In addition to the medi-spa's facial and cosmetic treatments and acupuncture, among other pampering options, the new menu includes the following Otium signature experiences:
– The Otium. Warm, aromatic oils infused with shea butter, raspberry, and chamomile are sprayed onto the body with soothing, enveloping massages.
