Princess Cruises has announced its 2024 World Cruise aboard the Island Princess, departing from Port Everglades and Los Angeles. The Island Princess will become the company's largest ship to circumnavigate the globe, sailing for 111 days from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles in January 2024. Guests will visit 51 destinations in 27 countries across six continents, including Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, South America, and North America.

The Around the World cruise will go on sale from November 11, 2021. The Island Princess will sail more than 33,000 nautical miles in 111 days, visiting 12 star ports: Galilee/Nazareth (Haifa), Bali (Benoa), Crete (Heraklion), Mykonos, Naples (for Capri and Pompeii), Florence/Pisa (Livorno), Genoa (Milan), Villefranche, Lisbon, Agadir, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and Bermuda; and 25 UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the Acropolis of Athens, the Cartagena Port Fortress, and the ancient Greek city of Ephesus in Turkey.
The cruise will also offer an overnight visit to the modern city of Dubai and 11 "More Ashore" overnight stops, including Abu Dhabi, Auckland, and Sydney, allowing guests to make the most of their time exploring new cultures in port. Countries visited include New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Israel, Greece, Italy, Spain, Morocco, the Canary Islands, Costa Rica, and more.
