Transcoma Cruises, a company specializing in Port Agency, Ground Services, and Shore Excursions, has appointed Maite Casas as its new CEO. With the goal of continued growth in the three main areas of the business, Maite takes on a significant challenge following a nearly year-long standstill in the sector due to the pandemic.
Maite holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF. In addition to her specialization in finance, she has over 10 years of experience in the cruise industry, managing and organizing embarkation, disembarkation, and port operations worldwide. She coordinates up to five cruises a day with a total of 15,000 passengers, as well as negotiating with various stakeholders and numerous suppliers.
Likewise, the maritime holding company of Transcoma Business Group continues to incorporate talent and is committed to a qualified team to continue growing and expanding internationally.
