AIDA Cruises extends the AIDAperla Canary Islands season until July, offering new dates to book from May 7, 2021. The new voyages depart from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, on June 12, 19 and 26, 2021.
Currently, the AIDAperla is successfully sailing 7- and 14-day cruises around the Canary Islands. Thanks to the Spanish government's travel safety regulations and AIDA's enhanced health and safety protocols, many AIDA customers have been able to enjoy relaxing holidays in the Canary Islands.
With the launch of AIDAblu on cruises around Greece on May 23, 2021, and AIDAsol starting on May 22, 2021 in Germany, AIDA can offer its guests even more exciting destinations for their holidays.
Unfortunately, cruises to other destinations are not possible at this time. Therefore, all other cruises with a departure date between May 18 and June 10, 2021, must be cancelled. AIDA is pleased to offer affected guests the option to book their available itineraries in the Canary Islands, trips to Greece, or cruises from Germany, as well as a later travel date.
With established protocols for passengers and crew members already in use on several cruises, AIDA's top priority is ensuring all passengers enjoy a safe and enjoyable vacation. Enhanced health and safety protocols include mandatory PCR testing before travel, as well as regular health checks, social distancing and hygiene measures, onboard medical testing, and other precautions.
With the “AIDA Promise,” the cruise line offers customers greater flexibility and security when planning their trip. The “AIDA Promise” is included in the trip price for new bookings made through May 31, 2021, and applies to departures through May 31, 2022.
All cruises are conducted in accordance with AIDA's enhanced health and safety protocols, as well as applicable laws and regulations for infection protection.
