The Mein Schiff 5 will be the third of seven TUI Cruises ships to return to service, beginning its cruises from Greece in mid-May. The Mein Schiff 1 and Mein Schiff 2 are already in service, sailing to the Canary Islands. With Greece reopening for cruises in May, TUI Cruises will seize this opportunity and deploy the Mein Schiff 5, offering itineraries of up to seven days around the Greek Islands.
The Mein Schiff 5 will resume operations on May 13, offering cruises to the Greek islands. Alternating between two different one-week itineraries to/from Crete, the ship will call at Rhodes, Piraeus (Athens), and Souda (Chania), or at Corfu, Katakolon, and Piraeus. A total of six itineraries are now available for booking.
The trips will be offered exclusively as a complete package, including arrival and departure on specially chartered aircraft reserved for Mein Schiff guests. This ensures that TUI Cruises maintains high standards of hygiene and safety not only on board the ships but throughout the entire voyage. For this reason, shore excursions are only available through TUI Cruises' organized shore excursions.
