Royal Caribbean Group continues to focus on the safe and healthy return of cruising for passengers, crew, and the communities visited. While working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and government authorities around the world toward this goal, they have made the decision to extend the suspension of certain sailings on their cruise lines.
The following schedule reflects the adjustments to the 2021 itineraries:
– Royal Caribbean International:
o Suspend departures until May 31
o Excludes Quantum of the Seas and Odyssey of the Seas
o Excluding China departures of Spectrum of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas from April 30 through May
– Celebrity Cruises:
o Suspends trips until May 31
– Silversea Cruises:
o Suspends its departures until May 31
– Azamara:
or Suspends its departures until June 30
Royal Caribbean International's Quantum of the Seas resumed sailing from Singapore last year with the local government's CruiseSafe certification. The certification confirms that the three- and four-night Ocean Getaways meet the comprehensive health and safety requirements established by the Singaporean government. Recently, the company announced that Israelis will set a new course for adventure this summer when Royal Caribbean International begins sailing from Israel for the first time in May with a vaccinated crew and guests aged 16 and over. The cruise line will offer Israelis a combination of three- to seven-night getaways visiting the Greek Islands and Cyprus aboard its highly anticipated new ship, Odyssey of the Seas. The new sailings go on sale Tuesday, March 9.
