Oceania Cruises' announcement of the launch of its 2022 Europe and North America Travel Collection resulted in a record day of bookings with an increase of more than 20% compared to the launch of the 2021 Europe and North America season, which took place in August 2019.

Cruises in the Mediterranean and Baltic regions performed exceptionally well, as did the longer "Grand Voyages," many of which visit multiple continents. Over 90% of bookings were new, with less than 10% of future cruise credits issued for previously canceled voyages. Furthermore, one-third of bookings were from new customers.
“The response from our loyal repeat customers, travel agencies, and new customers underscores the tremendous demand for destination-focused immersive cruises as well as our expertise in small ships that deliver the finest dining at sea,” said Bob Binder, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises.
With strong travel demand in 2022, the airline will open bookings in January 2021 for its 2023 round-the-world voyage, followed by the full collection of 2022-23 winter itineraries starting in February. In summer 2021, the airline will launch the inaugural season of the first of its highly anticipated new Allura Class cabins.
