Royal Caribbean International has received approval from the Singapore government to resume cruises starting in December, following months of planning to ensure the health and safety of its guests, crew, and the communities where it sails. Singapore residents will be able to take 3- and 4-night cruises aboard one of Royal Caribbean's most innovative ships.
During their getaway at sea, passengers will enjoy first-class service, state-of-the-art entertainment, and international cuisine aboard the cutting-edge Quantum of the Seas. The itineraries, exclusive to Singapore residents, launch on December 1, 2020, and are now available for booking.
While Royal Caribbean Group has participated in the Healthy Sail Panel to establish the strongest protocols in the travel industry, in Singapore, Royal Caribbean has been working closely with local health and tourism authorities to meet all requirements and guidelines, including the Cruise Ship Safety Certification standards that all cruise lines must obtain before departing Singapore. When it resumes operations, Royal Caribbean will implement a comprehensive set of health and safety measures at every stage of the journey with rigorous protocols

Guests who book on Quantum of the Seas before November 30, 2020, can rest assured of the flexibility of their plans with Royal Caribbean’s Cruise with Confidence program, which allows changes and cancellations up to 48 hours before departure. For added peace of mind, COVID-19 protections are included with the cruise, offering a 100% credit toward a future cruise if a guest or any member of their travel party tests positive for COVID-19 within three weeks prior to their cruise booking; or a full refund if any member of their travel party tests positive during their voyage.
