Fred Olsen Cruise Lines' Boudicca and Black Watch, which were recently replaced by the new ships Bolette and Borealis respectively, have been sold by the company and will serve as accommodation vessels for a company in Turkey.
The ships in the fleet are currently in layup at Babcock Rosyth's facilities in Scotland, and the crews of these two vessels are preparing them for their next voyage. The Boudicca will leave the facilities next week, followed by the Black Watches.
The cruise line confirmed last month that Bolette and Borealis would replace Boudicca and Black Watch. The two new ships for the Fred. Olsen fleet will enter service later this year after their purchase from Holland America Line.
