Before going on vacation
Cleaning bases and ships

Digitization of the recording process
Le Boat has simplified the registration process by providing all key information to customers via email in advance to minimize waiting times at the bases and prior contact with staff. Therefore, customers will need to complete all forms in advance, watch the mandatory safety videos, and attend the safety briefings.
Upon arrival at Le Boat's bases: registration and boarding
Social distancing rules will apply to all customers and employees of Le Boat at the starting bases (following the same principle as those applied in supermarkets):
- Clear signage at all bases to ensure respect for the 2-meter distance.
- Only one person from each group will be allowed to go to the base reception.
- All other members of the group will have to remain in the car or in designated waiting areas, maintaining the required distance from others.
- Le Boat staff will not shake hands with customers, will wear masks and protective gloves, and will maintain a safe distance during the check-in process.
- There are disinfectant mats for the soles of shoes and hydroalcoholic gel at receptions.
- The showers and sanitary facilities will be closed all year round.
During the holidays and upon returning from the cruise…
- To minimize physical contact where possible, and to comply with additional health and safety measures during the boarding process, Le Boat customers will be required to dispose of all personal waste and remove all bedding before departure upon returning from the cruise.
- Only one crew member will check in at reception. All payments must be made in advance through sales staff and call centers whenever possible.
