Celebrity Beyond, the third ship in Celebrity Cruises' acclaimed and award-winning Edge class, has gone from concept to reality after the steel-cutting ceremony that took place at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France.
“The Celebrity Beyond is the perfect, natural next step for the Edge class,” said Richard D. Fain, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. “The Edge class is all about innovation and pushing boundaries and conventions, and the Celebrity Beyond will continue this legacy.”

With the Celebrity Apex, the second in its class, set to arrive in Southampton in April 2020, the brand expects the delivery of the Celebrity Beyond in the fall of 2021.
