According to the Faro de Vigo newspaper today, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has registered the name Evrima for its first ultra-luxury cruise ship, which is currently being built at the Hijos de J. Barreras shipyards in Vigo.
The company had previously announced that the ship would be named Azora, but problems registering the name have forced this change. The registration application was submitted in May, and if there are no objections, it will be granted on October 17. Currently, there are no longer any references to Azora on The Ritz-Carlton YC website, but the name Evrima can be found on the Barreras website.
