Passengers disembarking in Barcelona from Pullmantur Cruises - the only cruise line on the market that brings the Spanish lifestyle to the way of traveling on a cruise - will be able to benefit from the new luggage collection and delivery service offered by Correos Express, the express parcel subsidiary of the Correos group.
Thanks to Correos Express's Equipaq24 service, which has been available on board since Monday, September 9th, luggage will be collected at the Port of Barcelona terminal and delivered to any point on the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Customers will receive their bags at home on the next business day, while for the islands, the delivery time is extended to two days.
Among the benefits of this service are the convenience of returning home lighter and the contribution to savings, by being able to book flights without luggage and rent vehicles without having to worry about the space needed for suitcases.
As stated by Richard J. Vogel, President & CEO of Pullmantur Cruises, this alliance “is linked to our constant search for ways to further improve the experience of our passengers both on board and on land.”

This luggage collection and delivery service includes immediate location of the recipient in case of absence, proactive incident management, online traceability, insurance and a flat rate per suitcase, among other advantages.
